Total Compensation: varies between $8k-$12k per semester, depending on clinical specialty being taught.

A growing BSN program in New York City is building a dynamic team of nursing faculty who bring warmth, clinical excellence, and a passion for integrative health into the classroom and clinical setting.

What You'll Enjoy:

• Flexible options: full-time (12-month, three trimesters) or adjunct (1–2 clinical groups per semester)
• Weekday scheduling strongly preferred, though strong weekend candidates are welcome too
• A collaborative, inclusive, and mission-driven academic community
• The chance to guide small clinical groups (5–8 students) through hands-on hospital-based learning across NYC

What You'll Do:

• Provide clinical instruction to nursing students at hospital sites throughout the NYC boroughs
• Teach and mentor students in one or more specialty areas: OB, Peds, Psych, or Adult Health
• Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment rooted in holistic and integrative health principles
• Collaborate with fellow faculty in a growing, student-centered nursing program

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required; doctorate (PhD, DNP, EdD) a plus
• Active New York RN license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Prior teaching experience preferred, but a genuine passion for mentoring students matters most
• Availability for at least one weekday per week; flexibility to travel to clinical sites across boroughs
