OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - FULL TIME - SANTA ROSA CARE CENTER - TUCSON, AZ Santa Rosa Care Center in Tucson, AZ, is a post‑acute care facility that offers long‑term care, short‑term care, and geriatric services. We provide a stable, in‑house therapy team and excellent programs to support our geriatric clientele on their journey to recovery. We are currently looking for a Full‑time Occupational Therapist to join our in‑house rehabilitation program. Full‑time: Flexible schedule with work‑life balance. Pay: $45 – $50 per hour, based on experience. Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist. Open to applicants of all experience levels. Key Responsibilities Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders and develop appropriate plans of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards. Utilize standardized assessments and evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions. Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions for patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices. Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness, modify services as needed, and make referrals in relation to outcomes. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other health‑team members regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans.
