Warehouse Associate II (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate II to join our team, supporting our inbound, internal processing, and outbound operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse activities, with a primary focus on operating Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment to ensure efficient material flow and accurate order fulfillment. This role ensures efficient inventory flow by placing received items into the correct pick locations and supporting warehouse operations across multiple zones as needed.

Key responsibilities include utilizing handheld RF scanners to perform all assigned stocking and put-away tasks, receiving product from dock drop-offs and accurately placing items into designated pick locations, assisting in other operational areas including split case, blue bin staging, and RF put-back zones, identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies promptly, operating powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment, such as a walkie rider, upon training and certification, following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining reliable and consistent attendance; punctuality and presence are essential, working overtime as required to meet business demands, including weekends or extended hours, and willingness to work in multiple areas and flexible shifts as business needs require.

Education: High School Diploma/GED REQUIRED Technical/Vocational education PREFERRED Special License/PIT Certification PREFERRED

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include ability to use computer terminals and RF scanners, good communication and teamwork, proactivity with focus on results (KPIs), organized and able to adhere to 6S, ability to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) including Turret, Man-Up, Center-rider, or Standup forklift, basic math, reading, writing, and measuring equipment.

Physical requirements include ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds with assistance, ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods, ability to work in various environmental conditions common to a warehouse setting, and must be able to safely operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment.
