Internal Communications Manager

Serving as a strategic communications partner to executive and senior leaders, the full-time Internal Communications Manager will own complex communication plans, support team-wide and company-wide events, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance internal communications in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities Own and execute comprehensive communications plans, from strategy to analysis Advise leaders on communication initiatives, aligning with the company's mission and culture Measure the effectiveness of communications and implement improvements based on data and feedback Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in internal, external, or corporate communications, media, or a writing-intensive role Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools effectively in communication workflows Experience collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams on communication strategies Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams efficiently Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, remote work environment
