Occupational Therapist (OT) - Inpatient Rehab

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to work in our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. This position involves providing rehabilitative services to adult and geriatric patients with various conditions, including cerebrovascular accidents (CVA), cardiac issues, orthopedic problems, and general debility. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for patients through effective therapy interventions and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct evaluations to determine therapy needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a daily shift from 07:00 to 15:30. Weekend hours are required every 4th weekend.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• CPR certification.
