This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive.Apply today at threebirdsonemission.com/careers!About the RoleAs a Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead at Eyas Landing, you will provide physical therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes while overseeing a team of Physical Therapists. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth through:Providing individualized therapyImplementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workersDocumenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of careProviding mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growthCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary: $80,000-$90,000Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowancesGenerous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributionsSchedule & LocationSet Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-6:30pm and Friday, 9-5:30pmSet Location: 1409 W.
