Day Shift - Electromechanical Technician

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Schedule: 223 rotating (every other weekend off)

Night Shift - Maintenance Technician
Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Monday-Friday) Join a HighPerformance Maintenance Team

Role Overview

The Electromechanical Technician supports daily plant operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems. You'll work handson with production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure uptime across critical manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Troubleshooting - Diagnose and repair electromechanical systems, motors, sensors, and automation components.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
Support production teams with rapid response to equipment issues.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuousimprovement projects.
