Position Summary:

The Assistant Director of Nursing will support the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations ensuring quality person-centered care. This role includes patient assessments, development of care plans, and hands‑on care in patient homes. The ADON will use their nursing skills to assist our team to responsibly deliver the highest quality of care.

You Provide:

• A Heart for Helping
• Current unrestricted Michigan Registered Nurse license
• Experience in home care or facility
• Infusion skills - Peripheral IV starts, line care, and medication administration
• Sharp assessment and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license
