Junior Assistant

The Work‑Family Connection is a non‑profit organization that provides before and after school enrichment. Since 1989 the organization runs programs in over 30 school districts, giving working parents a safe and fun environment for their children and homework help. Position Junior Assistant Location High Bridge Elementary School Employment Type Part‑Time Hours Approximately 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm, Monday‑Friday, with flexible schedules possible. Responsibilities Assist the Site Director in daily operations of the program. Interact regularly with children and parents. Implement curriculum and activities. Assist children with homework. Maintain the safety and supervision of the program. Be a motivated, team player with a positive attitude. Requirements Must be 16+ years old. No experience necessary.
