Requirements Childcare: 1 year (Required) CPR Certification (Preferred) Child Development Associate Certification (Required) Consider yourself a natural, empathetic leader and collaborative teammate Have work experience and/or educational background in ECE Willing to become credentialed Have strong verbal and written communication skills Can physically complete the tasks necessary to care for small children Agree with and can deliver on our mission to provide exceptional care and learning Responsibilities Include Lead class by pre-reading, rehearsing, and ultimately knowing our Learning Beyond Paper curriculum Welcoming and connecting with families to discuss the progress of their children in your classroom Encouraging fun and engagement with learning through games, play, and art projects.
