Assistant Store Manager - Spirit
$18.9 - $19.15 per hourSpirit Halloween
Hourly rate ranges from $18.90 - $19.15 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits California Paid Sick Time Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs End of Season Premium Pay Program All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Assist with merchandising, pack-up, and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability. Establish and maintain Guest Services and develop staff. Control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory. Qualifications Minimum age requirement is 18 and must have a flexible schedule. Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
