The team works across multiple technical workstreams to improve recovery readiness, identify operational dependencies, and ensure technology environments can respond effectively to disruptions.

With multiple openings available, the team is interested in professionals who bring either strong technology resilience and technical workstream experience or deeper Azure cloud administration combined with cloud disaster recovery and resilience expertise.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Support and coordinate multiple technical resilience and recovery workstreams.
• Partner with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform teams to identify recovery risks and dependencies.
• Help guide technical teams through disaster recovery exercises, remediation activities, and resilience improvements.
• Track recovery blockers, issues, dependencies, and action items across concurrent initiatives.
• Participate in technical discussions involving infrastructure, applications, databases, networking, storage, and cloud environments.
• Support Azure-focused resilience initiatives involving cloud infrastructure, backup, recovery, failover, and testing.
• Help produce recovery test documentation, operational reporting, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Support post-incident and recovery-exercise remediation efforts.

Do you bring proven success in technology resilience, Azure cloud operations, or disaster recovery?

• 3+ years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure, production support, disaster recovery, cloud operations, systems administration, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to coordinate or contribute across multiple technical workstreams.
• Experience supporting technology resilience, disaster recovery, recovery testing, or business continuity technology initiatives.
• For cloud-focused candidates, hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure environments is highly valued.
• Experience with cloud resilience concepts including backup, recovery, high availability, failover, and recovery testing.
• Familiarity with Azure disaster recovery and recovery technologies is strongly preferred for cloud-focused candidates.
• AWS exposure is helpful but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical issues, dependencies, and recovery risks into clear information for both engineering teams and leadership.
• Experience with ServiceNow BCM or ServiceNow dashboards is beneficial but not required for a strong Azure/cloud resilience candidate.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
