We are currently in need of a part-time Sales Documentation Coordinator (15-20 hours per week.)

This is an in-office position that is responsible primarily for preparing documentation associated with the sale of condo units, such as 22.1 disclosures, lender questionnaires, HUD 9991 single-unit questionnaires, and paid assessment letters.

This position requires a focused, keen eye for detail, working independently and in cooperation with others, and the ability to meet deadlines. Accurate preparation of the documentation is essential and completion of the documents is time sensitive. If you are super-organized, pay attention to detail, and have excellent time management skills this may be a perfect position for you!

At a high level, your responsibilities would include:

• Compiling the information and documentation requested.
• Completing the documents requested accurately and on time.
• Regular written correspondence with condo association boards and consultation with Connected’s condo management teams.
• Independently tracking timelines and documenting completed work.

Working remotely is not an option for this position and all work days begin and end at our office in Lakeview.

Schedule:

• 15-20 hours per week.
• 4-5 days per week, Monday – Friday, on a set schedule
• (For example, 3 hours/day every M-T-W-Th-F; 4 hours/day every M-T-W-Th).

Requirements:

• Must be extremely strong on accuracy and attention to detail
• Hard worker with ability to learn quickly
• Must be team oriented, bright and organized
• Basic computer skills required
• Excellent time management
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with condo sales documentation not required. You will be fully trained on all aspects of this position.

Compensation: Starting at $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
