Attncapital is hiring two (2) full-time, remote Meta Ad Operations Specialists to coordinate campaigns between advertisers and influencers for our fast-growing Partnership Ads service. In this role, you will set up campaigns in Meta, serve as the primary point of contact for small advertisers assigned to you, and support our AdOps Managers with larger accounts and initiatives.

Since launching in December 2024, Attncapital has scaled our Partnership Ads service to over 500 advertisers and influencers. To support this lightening-fast growth, we are looking for a responsive, organized, and detail-oriented Meta Ad Operations Specialist to coordinate campaigns as directed by our Advertiser Success team.

This is a communication and execution heavy role. Our advertisers and influencers do not communicate directly – all communication runs through Attncapital. Youll manage communications for the smaller accounts you own. You’ll also support campaign setup for our larger accounts, where we also develop creative and build campaigns.

You will work alongside the AdOps Managers and interact directly with the founders and shareholders. This role fits a detail-oriented person early in their digital marketing career who executes clearly defined processes with precision and wants a path to full account ownership. High performers will have an opportunity to interview for AdOps Manager openings as we continue to scale.

Responsibilities–

• Campaign Setup. Build Meta campaigns and ad set shells, including Partnership Ads, in Adnova from AdOps Manager and Advertiser Success instructions. Work through setup errors and finish all prep so campaigns are ready to launch.
• Adv/Pub Compliance. Apply advertiser-specific and publisher-specific rules to every build with near-perfect accuracy.
• Creative Compliance. Pre-screen creative for platform compliance and brand guidelines. Send noncompliant ads back with clear feedback.
• Account Support. Manage a portfolio of approximately 20-40 smaller advertiser accounts. Learn each advertisers audience and spend behavior.
• Creative Approvals. Send creative preview links to influencers, follow up until approval or feedback is received, and share decisions with advertisers. Keep campaign trackers current.
• Onboarding Support. Coordinate account access and partnership tag requests. Set up advertisers in the internal creative portal and tracking tools.
• Campaign QA and Monitoring. Check naming conventions, confirm campaigns are captured in reporting tools, and monitor new launches in the company portal. Troubleshoot issues.
• Troubleshooting. Resolve partnership tag and publisher access issues.
• AdOps Manager Support. Support the AdOps Managers with shell builds, creative performance review, Facebook Ad Library research, and other tasks as needed.
• Asana Workflows. Follow campaign workflows in Asana. Keep statuses current (in progress, blocked, completed).
• Daily Communication. Manage Slack, email, and Asana. Maintain inbox zero daily.

Requirements–

• Education. Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience. 1-3 years in digital marketing or a related field.
• Meta Ads. Basic hands-on experience inside the Meta Ads platform. Adnova and TikTok experience are a plus. We train on everything else.
• Tech Tools. Comfortable with Asana. Efficient in Slack, GSuite, and especially Google Sheets.
• Speed. Completes tasks quickly with minimal wasted effort.
• Attention to Detail. Follows detailed processes with minimal mistakes.
• Reliability. Drives tasks to completion with minimal oversight. Adjusts quickly to changing priorities.
• Organization. Manages high communication volume while staying focused on key priorities.
• Proactivity. Takes initiative and follows up until issues are resolved or properly escalated.
• Service-Oriented. Customer-first mindset. Handles issues with urgency.

Communication Expectations–

• Timely Comms. No email or Slack message goes unanswered for more than 1 business day, or as specified above.
• Call Comms. Speaks clearly and concisely. Comes prepared with questions and ideas written out beforehand.
• Written Comms. All written communication to external stakeholders, including Slack, uses proper spelling, grammar, and syntax. No exceptions.

Salary: $45,000 to $60,000 USD per year, based on experience
