Luxor Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Operations Lead paying $20.75 per hour with 3rd shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Shift : Mon-Fri 10PM-6AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and loading.
• Assign work to warehouse employees and provide hands-on support with material handling and forklifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and warehouse operating procedures.
• Train employees on SOPs, work instructions, material handling equipment, and safe work practices.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and secure warehouse while ensuring accurate inventory storage, labeling, and reporting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and computerized inventory reporting.
• MHE/forklift experience preferred, with the ability or willingness to learn and operate material handling equipment safely.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for 10–12 hours and lift or pull up to 50 lbs.
