We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide school-based physical therapy services to students in the Litchfield, CT area.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment to students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Help students improve mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in student meetings and educational planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) or equivalent.
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.
• Experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping students reach their developmental and functional goals.

Compensation & Benefits
