As a Data Analyst Sr within PNC's Technology - Retail Shop & Buy – Text Banking organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, or Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Partner with Product Owners and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Design and develop database objects, including tables, views, and stored procedures
• Implement database constraints, indexing strategies, and performance optimization techniques to ensure efficiency
• Apply best practices to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Deliver insights and recommendations to enhance business processes, products, and performance
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and similar platforms
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures, ensuring they are tested and deployment-ready
• Provide support to the team during monthly release cycles, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

Candidates must be proficient in:

• Oracle Database, Informatica ETL, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, Visio (to draw flow diagrams), SQL Developer, TOAD
• Preferred proficiency in: MongoDB
