336 Express, LLC is a locally owned and operated Amazon Delivery Service Partner dedicated to providing the best work environment to our delivery drivers! Even though you'll be delivering Amazon packages, you'll be working directly with us and become a part of our small family like atmosphere where everyone is valued as a key part of our team!

Compensation: $20.50 per hour + monthly bonuses

• We have a very comprehensive bonus program that rewards our team for several different aspects!
• Tenure Bonus (the longer you stay, the more you earn)
• DOT Bonus (once DOT certified to drive our larger step vans, you earn an additional bonus)
• Performance Bonus (Top performers earn up to an additional $2.00 per hour bonus)

• Rescue Bonus (Earn a bonus each time you rescue a team member by helping them finish)
• We have drivers earning $25-$30 per hour when factoring in bonuses!

Shift Time(s):  Shifts start at 10am and finish when you have completed your route. A typical day is 10am-8pm.

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll drive one of our delivery vehicles, delivering 200-300 packages per day. We operate several different vehicle types, including the new electric vans that include heated and cooled seats, automatic doors, 360 degree cameras, ergonomic seating, large navigation screen, and more! You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve! You can expect to work 4 days per week and up to 10 hours per day, allowing you to work 40 hours AND still have 3 days off every week! Part-Time positions are also available if you wish to work less than 4 days per week.

Things to consider:

• Shifts begin at 10:00am and end when you finish your route. Routes are based on a 10 hour day, but depending on how smart and efficiently you work, you may finish sooner.
• You must have dependable transportation to/from work.
• Saturday or Sunday availability is required.
• This is a VERY physical job due to the amount of walking you will do. Most packages are lightweight, and none are over 50 lbs, but you may walk 10-15 miles per day to and from doorsteps. The walking is in short bursts, but it adds up over the coarse of a day.
• Working outdoors is a GREAT part of this job, but you should also consider undesirable weather that you will encounter on some days. Delivering in the rain, heat, and cold is not as fun as the nice beautiful sunny days!
• Dependability is super important to us, so if you expect to have attendance issues, this is not the career for you. 

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license 
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must consent to a 5 panel drug screen
