Growth Manager, Social Media

Position Summary CyberFOX is a cybersecurity company dedicated to helping organizations secure access, reduce risk, and navigate an increasingly complex threat landscape with confidence. The Growth Manager, Social Media is responsible for expanding our reach, growing targeted B2B audiences, and amplifying the company’s brand and content across social, community, influencer, review, and media channels. This role develops and executes audience growth strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, reputation, and pipeline influence through organic and paid social media, media syndication, advocacy programs, and community engagement. Partnering closely with Digital Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales, this individual identifies opportunities to grow our presence across social platforms, industry communities, review sites, partner networks, and emerging channels. They monitor audience behavior, industry trends, competitor activity, and platform developments to continuously improve reach, engagement, and share of voice. This role also leads to the distribution, amplification, and repurposing of CyberFOX content, extending the value of webinars, podcasts, videos, research, customer stories, thought leadership, product launches, and campaign assets. By transforming long-form content into high-performing social and multimedia assets, the Growth Manager maximizes content visibility, audience engagement, and business impact. Success is measured by audience growth, engagement, share of voice, brand sentiment, influenced website traffic, media consumption, community participation, and contribution to pipeline growth. Core Ownership Areas Social Media Architecture Own the company’s social media strategy, channel roadmap, and audience growth initiatives. Establish publishing standards, engagement frameworks, workflows, and performance benchmarks across social channels. Identify and capitalize on emerging platforms, trends, communities, and technologies that expand brand visibility and audience reach. Audience Development & Expansion Develop and execute audience growth strategies that expand reach. Identify audience segments, communities, and industry groups. Expand thought leadership, and brand visibility programs. Digital Influence & Pipeline Contribution Increase qualified website traffic generated through organic social media and media amplification efforts. Partner with Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations to improve the conversion journey between social engagement, LinkedIn Newsletter engagement, website activity, and pipeline creation. Brand Awareness, Reputation & Sentiment Management Strengthen our brand presence, share of voice, and visibility across social media and syndicated media channels. Identify and address reputation risks while promoting positive brand perception and customer advocacy. Track sentiment trends, engagement quality, and audience perception. Online Community& Industry Engagement Own the presence across social platforms, review sites, and industry forums. Build and grow engaged communities of IT buyers, cybersecurity professionals, groups, etc. Develop and manage influencer, creator, review, and industry engagement programs. Media Syndication, Amplification & Social Growth Develop and execute media amplification, promotion, and distribution strategies across channels. Maximize the reach and lifespan of CyberFOX content including webinars, podcasts, videos, blogs, newsletters, research, customer stories, and product launches. Repurpose long-form content into high-performing social-first assets such as video clips, quote graphics, infographics, visual stories, and campaign-ready media. Analytics, Experimentation & Growth Optimization Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for audience growth, engagement, sentiment, share of voice, media consumption, social-referred website traffic, and pipeline influence. Conduct structured growth experiments to identify scalable audience acquisition and engagement opportunities. Measure and report on social medias contribution to traffic & quarterly pipeline growth. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of B2B social media, digital, or growth marketing experience. Proven experience developing and executing organic social media strategies. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, X, Discord, and B2B audience growth. Experience managing editorial calendars, content workflows, and social tools. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, IT services, MSP, or technology industries. Experience managing influencers or advocacy programs. Experience promoting webinars, events, podcasts, and thought leadership campaigns. Familiarity with Birdeye, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Hashtag, , SocialBear, Sprinkl, HubSpot, GA4, social listening platforms, and marketing automation systems.
