Location: Austin, Dallas, or Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Compensation: $245,000 – $295,000 + discretionary bonuses + full benefits

The Opportunity
Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Associate Attorney to join its Labor & Employment Class Action Group in Texas. This hybrid role offers the chance to handle high-profile class action and employment litigation while working with a highly regarded national team.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
- Active Bar admission in Texas
- 4–6 years of substantive experience in employment and/or class action litigation
- Background defending employment discrimination, EEOC/DOL, and wage & hour claims, including class action lawsuits
- Desire for trial work and ability to represent clients in depositions, interviews, and trial preparation
- Experience counseling employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, drafting workplace policies, and assisting with general employment issues (a plus)
- Superior research, writing, and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities
- Defend employers in complex employment litigation, including wage & hour class actions and discrimination claims
- Counsel clients on compliance with federal and Texas employment laws
- Draft and prepare workplace policies, employment agreements, and severance agreements
- Represent clients in depositions, witness interviews, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on high-profile employment cases
