Senior Investment Analyst

Our client is a rapidly growing, energy infrastructure investment company. Their work is focused on improving grid reliability, resiliency, and affordability while helping solve some of the country's biggest infrastructure challenges. This is a newly created opportunity for a Senior Investment Analyst to join a growing finance team and play a key role in evaluating, modeling, and financing large-scale infrastructure investements and projects. What You'll Do Build and maintain complex project finance models to evaluate project economics, valuations, returns, revenue structures, and sensitivities Develop and update corporate financial models and projections Support project-level budgeting and consolidated financial planning Analyze potential acquisitions, including market analysis, valuation, due diligence, and transaction structuring Provide financial support for commercial contract negotiations Prepare investment presentations and financial memoranda for new investment opportunities Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and risks Partner with teams across project development, commercial analytics, engineering, accounting, legal, land, environmental, and interconnection Contribute to strategic capital planning and financing decisions What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field 1-5+ years of relevant finance experience Strong background in project finance, investment banking, infrastructure private equity, or power/utilities finance Experience building sophisticated financial models from scratch Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities Experience with project valuation, financial returns, sensitivities, and/or transaction modeling Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy Genuine interest in power, utilities, energy infrastructure, and transmission development #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Search
