$22–$35/hour based on experience | 4-Day Workweek | Take-Home Truck

Centerstate Plumbing Services is looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our team.

We are a locally owned and operated plumbing company that has proudly served Lakeland and the surrounding Polk County area since 2010. We're looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in their work, knows how to take care of customers, and wants to be part of a company where they're valued—not just another number on a truck.

What We're Looking For

• Previous residential/service plumbing experience required- 5 years' experience minimum
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with plumbing repairs, fixture replacements, water heaters, drain and sewer issues, and general residential service
• Ability to confidently explain plumbing issues and repair options to customers
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to participate in an on-call biweekly rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
