Job Description: Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15) Description: RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.

Job Details: Ratios: 1:5-6. Shift: Nights 18:45-07:15*36 or 48 Can Be Supported! Unit will accept contracts for 13 weeksFloat Requirement: Yes, to other telemetry units.Weekend Requirement: 4 Weekend Days in a 6-week time track.

Patient Diagnoses: They may get various types of patients requiring telemetry monitoring including chest pain, arrhythmias, pacemaker, or defibrillator. They work with a heart failure navigator.

Unit Systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR

Unit Orientation: 36 hours of orientation

Special Procedures/Unit Details : HARD STOP!!!!!!They should be comfortable with cardiac drips (SCL- if has cardiac drips then screen and have team verify the specific drips) including :Cardizem, Dopamine, dobutamine, milrinone, amiodarone, Lasix and heparin

Special Equipment : ***Must have a teamwork approach and meet Novant behavioral expectations in all interactions with patients and staff. Must be able to adhere to Call off policy -STRONGLY ENFORCED.

Submission Process: All units are utilizing Clinical for direct profile review

Submission Details: Former Novant/New Hanover employees (PERM/PRN/EP) must wait 12 months before applying. Disclosure required (with hospital name/dates employed) at submission; facility approval needed. Current travel Per Diem clinicians aren't eligible for travel contracts they must choose one. Include status and intent in the submission. Local candidates ( 50 miles) : Lower rate applies. RTO: Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays). Must work 2 of 3 major holidays. No RTO during first week. All RTO must be pre-approved. Cannot request additional RTO after signing. NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal. Floating: Candidates must be open to floating within/near facility per job description. Travel pairs: Allowed (must be on different units and disclosed). Charting: See job description. References can be pending at submission. Modules Required: Non-billable (expect 2-10 hrs).
