Whether you've been in the trades for years or you're ready for your next step, there's room to grow here.Come join the crew and let's get to work.HVAC Service TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who knows how to troubleshoot a system, take care of the customer, and provide the right solution.Job DutiesDiagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systemsPerform preventative maintenance and system tune-upsTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issuesService furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, and air handlersExplain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeownersIdentify opportunities for system upgrades and maintenance agreementsComplete estimates, invoices, and service documentation accuratelyMaintain company vehicle, tools, parts, and equipmentFollow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standardsProvide a professional customer experience from start to finishSkills & Experience3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferredKnowledge of Mitsubishi, Lennox, Samsung and other models.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilityEPA 608 certification requiredExperience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systemsKnowledge of electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting and refrigerant concernsAbility to explain technical issues in a way customers understandComfortable presenting repair and replacement optionsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordService Titan or similar field service software experience is a plusWhat Success Looks LikeShows up ready to work and follows through on commitmentsTakes pride in quality work and attention to detailCommunicates clearly with customers and teammatesWorks safely and follows established processesTakes ownership, solves problems, and is willing to keep learningBenefitsCompany-provided phone/tabletTool and safety equipment supportMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysCompany-paid life and disability insurancePaid training and professional developmentOpportunities for career growth and advancement$30 - $36 a week
