Production Laborer - Temp to Hire
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company in the Edwards, IL area, is seeking Production Laborers to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with immediate openings and long-term potential as production demands increase.
Shift & Pay
1st Shift
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Occasional Saturday overtime as needed
$20.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities

• Manufacture concrete support products
• Clean and prepare finished products
• Scrape excess oil from forms and production materials
• Palletize finished products for shipment
• Perform general production and labor duties
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Lift and move materials weighing 30-50 lbs regularly

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a dirty, oily, and industrial environment
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs consistently
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-minded with attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Work Environment

• Manufacturing facility producing concrete products
• Industrial environment with exposure to dirt, oil, dust, and concrete materials
• Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement required throughout the shift
• Fast-paced production setting
