A school district near Wheeling, Illinois is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position. The PT will support students with a manageable caseload.
- Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services.
- Conduct evaluations and support IEP development.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Caseload & Schedule
- Approximately 20 students.
- Covers 4 buildings: 2 elementary and 2 middle schools.
- Elementary hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
- Middle school hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
