Lead kick-off meetings with cross-functional teams to uncover root problems and gain stakeholder alignment. Select appropriate research methods such as diary studies, observations, interviews, and workflow diagramming to understand customer needs. Conduct research to identify unmet needs and pain points for internal users, guiding tool development and organizational changes. Deliver insights and recommendations to improve user experiences and inform team vision and roadmap decisions. Manage expectations and interests of diverse stakeholders while maintaining a human-centered approach.
