Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,483-$1,545 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night shift, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM, 5x8 Start date: 10/01/2026 Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-term care Shift requirement: Weekends required Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents within the scope of an LPN, under the direction of the supervising nurse Administer medications and document accurately in the resident chart and electronic health record Monitor vital signs, observe for changes in condition, and report findings to the RN or physician Assist with activities of daily living and support resident safety, mobility, and comfort Complete routine procedures within scope, including basic wound care and dressing changes as directed Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans and ensure smooth shift handoffs Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing Completion of an approved LPN program Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred Ability to work night shifts and weekends as assigned Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment Benefits and Support Dedicated recruiter and travel support 24/7 assignment support Fast credentialing to facilitate a timely start Ongoing support throughout the assignment Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
