You'll gain hands-on recruiting experience at an Indianapolis technology consulting and data analytics firm, with coaching from leaders who work across recruiting, sales, and marketing.This internship is focused on recruiting. You'll learn how to find talent, start meaningful conversations, understand what candidates are looking for, and help connect people with the right opportunities. It's practical experience for someone interested in a future career in sales, marketing, recruiting, or business development.What You'll DoResearch and identify prospective candidates for technology and consulting rolesWrite thoughtful outreach that gives people a reason to respondBuild relationships with candidates through conversations and follow-upConduct initial screens to learn about candidates' experience, interests, and goalsKeep accurate notes and manage candidate activity in recruiting systemsShare what you're learning about the talent market with the teamWork with recruiters and CSpring leaders to improve the candidate experienceWhat You'll GainYou'll receive mentorship, professional coaching, and experience with modern tools.
