Treasury AnalystWilmington, DEMonday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pmHybrid (three days in office per week and two days' work from home)The Treasury Analyst position plays a critical role in supporting financial operations of a global organization based in Wilmington, Delaware. This hybrid role focuses on supporting global treasury operations, optimizing cash flow operations, monitoring liquidity, and contributing to key financial initiatives. The Treasury Analyst is a member of the global Treasury team and reports to the Treasury Manager in Wilmington.Some of the things you will be doing:Manage daily cash operations and banking activitiesCalculate, forecast, and position cash balances to support liquidity needsPrepare and execute wire transfers, ensuring timely and accurate fundingServe as a liaison with multiple banking partners, addressing inquiries and requestsAdminister access and user management for online banking platformsSupport internal and external audit processes related to treasury operationsContribute to monthly analysis of treasury metrics to ensure global policy alignmentAssist in the development and implementation of best practice treasury policies and proceduresWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field3 to 5 years of experience in financial services, treasury, cash management, or bankingTakes initiative and ownership, consistently seeking opportunities to add valueCollaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetMotivated self-starter, capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervisionStrong analytical foundation, including expertise in finance and accounting, and a solid understanding of corporate banking operationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and maturityGreat organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlinesProficient in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagementEagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic corporate finance environmentAdvanced technical skills including proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, treasury platforms, and banking softwareProficiency in a experience in a corporate treasury setting is highly desirableFamiliarity with GTreasury workstation is a strong plus
