What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health evaluations
• Document assessments and treatment activities accurately in health records
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy laws
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to address inmate mental health needs
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and treatment standards

What You Need

• Required: KS LSCSW or LCPC license, US citizenship for ICE clearance, 40 hours/week availability, mental health experience
• Preferred: Inpatient psychiatric experience, flexibility to adapt to scheduling needs, strong interpersonal skills
