Job Responsibilities

• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
• Instruct Patients and Families: Empower patients and their families with knowledge of therapy practices to encourage continuous progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Evaluate clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure patients remain on track towards their goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement for pursuing continuing education or additional certifications.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification must be obtained.
