Registered Nurse Facility Float Pool

HealthONE is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse for our Facility Float Pool within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. As a Facility Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across multiple HealthONE hospitals and units in the Denver area, supporting teams wherever patient needs are greatest. You will float to a variety of acute care settings—such as medical-surgical, telemetry, step-down, and specialty units—caring for diverse patient populations, managing complex conditions, and responding quickly to changing clinical priorities.

In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized plans of care, administer medications and treatments safely, and continuously monitor patient response, collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, case management, and ancillary staff. You will be responsible for accurate, timely documentation within the electronic health record, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and patient safety initiatives. You will also serve as an advocate and resource for patients and families, providing clear education, emotional support, and discharge planning guidance to promote optimal outcomes and smooth transitions of care.
