- Join 5 Urologists and 6 APPs + excellent support staff
- Call 1:6
- 9 county service area (625K)
- International airport in Medford
- New grads welcome Compensation Details
- Year one and two: Higher of $/wRVU compensation plan or guarantee of $540,000
- Year three: $/wRVU based salary plus incentives up to 10%
- Participate in call rotation at $1,350 per shift
- 50K signing bonus
- Up to 15K relocation assistance
- 7K annual CME allowance Benefits
- Tuition reimbursement
- Student loan repayment assistance
- Earned time off 30 days per year.

- Medford, Oregon is a lovely, picturesque city in Southern Oregon, situated in the Rogue Valley between the Cascade and the Siskiyou mountains.
