Director, SaaS Platform & Infrastructure Operations

Chris Baily seeks a Director of IT SaaS Operations to lead the hosted platform and infrastructure across public clouds. You will drive automation, scalability, and reliability for a global team and report to the Managing Director of Platform & Application Infrastructure Services in NY.

The role requires 10+ years in IT with 5–7 years in management, hands-on problem solving, and strong communication with business leaders. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States.
