We take pride in our collaborative, team-oriented approach to projects, and we are seeking an energetic Project Manager to join our talented team. ABOUT BREWER-GARRETTWe are seeking a Senior Energy Engineer to lead energy conservation and efficiency projects that make a measurable impact. This role combines technical depth with project leadership – ideal for someone passionate about designing smarter, more sustainable systems across HVAC, building automation, lighting, and renewable technologies. As part of a collaborative, solutions-driven team, you'll partner with experts across disciplines to deliver innovative energy projects for commercial, institutional, and government clients nationwide. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Lead the development, design, and implementation of energy conservation projects for large and complex facilities.· Conduct energy audits, analyze utility data, and develop defensible energy and cost savings calculations.· Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, estimating, and project management) throughout design and delivery.· Present technical findings and project recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.· Stay current with emerging energy technologies, regulations, and best practices.· Mentor and provide technical guidance to Energy Engineers and project team members.· Support project execution from concept through completion, ensuring quality and accuracy in all deliverables. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.5+ years of experience in energy engineering, with expertise in HVAC systems, building automation, renewable energy, or central plant design.Experience across multiple sectors (healthcare, education, government, or industrial) strongly preferred.Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and/or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.Prior leadership, supervisory, or mentorship experience a plus.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel up to 50%.Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass an FBI background check due to federal contract requirements. WHY JOIN USBe part of a mission-driven organization focused on sustainability and measurable energy impact.Work on diverse, high-profile projects that reduce carbon footprints and improve building performance.Join a collaborative team of experienced engineers who value creativity and innovation.Competitive compensation and benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).BG is proud to be an EOE and Drug-Free Workplace.
