They are tech‑savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and ensure displays are maintained throughout the day. Additional Compensation Annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
