About the Role: Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on our weekend shift. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing treatments as prescribed by physicians Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and services Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and outcomes Requirements: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri Experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care or related setting Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service Work Environment: Aspire Senior Living Moberly is a skilled nursing facility located in Moberly, MO.
