You'll own escalation intake, ticket execution, queue health, and procedural troubleshooting. This position requires exceptional communication skill, technical expertise, high level of customer service ability.Your role will facilitate smooth platform adoption by working alongside solutions delivery as well as quick issue resolution.The primary responsibility of a WinCan Technical Specialist is being an expert in all aspects of our software platform.Position DutiesMonitor and maintain Jira queue healthManage escalated Zendesk and Jira ticketsIntake and assess new technical escalationsMaintain demo and test environmentsCoordinate escalation of confirmed software bugs to product teamSupport the implementations of our most sophisticated client workflows.Quickly learn new product and features to drive internal and external adoption.Travel to customer locations to provide advanced resolution support when facing complex or multi-faceted challenges.QualificationsAdvanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience in technical support or escalationsStrong communication between technical and non-technical teamsFamiliarity with software integration and APIsAbility to gather and relay technical requirementsProject coordination, task management, and software deliveryFamiliarity with SaaS or cloud platformsAttention to detail in documentation and reportingPractical understanding of data management and data modelingAdaptability to work across teams and prioritiesFamiliarity with Esri software and GIS data.4+ years of experienceMust work in the Eastern Standard Time zoneAre you ready to join a different kind of company where our people, our culture, and our commitments are centered around providing trusted solutions that improve lives around the world?IDEX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
