Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Location

Lithonia, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 4x10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties in the operating room as required
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members to ensure safe and effective patient care
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition during surgical procedures
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Prior experience in an Operating Room setting
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work 10-hour day shifts on a 4x10 schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification or pursuit of certification preferred
• Experience with a variety of surgical specialties
