Base pay range
$125,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr
We’re partnering with a well-established company to hire an Accounting Manager, this is a high-impact role with visibility across global finance and capital projects.
Position Highlights:
- Lead fixed asset and lease accounting processes across a global footprint
- Oversee accounting for construction and real estate improvement projects
- Act as process owner for capitalization, reporting, and compliance
- Ensure SOX/internal control readiness and coordinate audit support
- Serve as a key liaison to global project managers and facilities teams
- Manage and mentor a team of four (U.S. and international staff)
- Report directly to senior finance leadership
- Drive process improvements and cross-regional standardization
- Collaborate with teams globally
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of total accounting experience, including 3+ years in fixed asset/lease accounting
- Background in large, complex, multi-entity/global environments
- Strong GAAP knowledge and experience supporting audits
- Oracle Fixed Assets and Project module experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead, implement change, and work cross-functionally
