Our young clients, aged birth through 21, often rely on medical technologies such as tracheostomies, ventilators, or gastrostomy tubes./ppNurse Responsibilities:/pulliCollect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members/liliAccurately monitor and track clients overall health and medical history during every visit/liliTake and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc./liliChange bandages, wound dressings, and catheters, among other related healthcare tasks/liliVerify clients are taking the correct dosages of medications/liliHelp clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises/liliProvide emotional and psychological support to the client and family members as needed/li/ulpLicensed Practical Nurse (RN) Requirements:/pulliBachelors degree in nursing/lili1+ year nursing experience preferred/liliCurrent CPR (American Heart Association) Certification/liliCurrent RN or LPN license in the state/liliAccess to reliable transportation/liliAbility to work independently and with directions/liliWillingness to work evenings and weekends as needed/liliExceptional customer service skills/liliCompassionate and friendly demeanor/li/ul/div
