We’re looking for a Service Center Manager to lead our facility with the same energy and precision that keeps our teams safe, our processes lean, and our numbers strong. As Service Center Manager, safety is your top priority, both in upholding current standards and building new ones. You’ll be a vital, visible presence on the floor, coaching employees on safe work practices and setting the tone for a facility that takes accountability seriously. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and communicates with clarity and confidence at every level of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Championing safety: Drive a safe working environment for all employees, ensure full compliance with OGEP and corporate safety programs, and partner closely with local Safety Coordinators to meet facility safety goals and mandates. Leading continuous improvement: Serve as the driver for Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kanban, Visual Factory, inventory control), building a culture where process improvement is everyone’s responsibility. Managing cost & efficiency : Oversee and control materials, inventory, labor/overtime, and supply costs to keep the facility running lean and profitable. Owning financial performance : Understand, set, meet, and exceed yearly sales goals and budgets, profit margins, inventory turns, product needs, and production planning. Delivering results customers can count on : Achieve best-in-market lead times, quality control, and OTIF/CSI performance benchmarks. If you don’t check every box below, we’d still love to hear from you. 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including prior people management experience Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will also be considered) Strong financial acumen, a solid grasp of price, cost, and margin relationships, with the business knowledge to manage facility P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control A confident, effective communicator with logical, organized verbal and written skills and strong interpersonal ability across employee relations This is a chance to step into a role where your leadership directly shapes a facility’s safety culture, operational excellence, and bottom-line results. $95,000-$115,000 USD
