Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Design individualized programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Implement education for patients and caregivers to promote independence. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; OR Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; OR Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent. Posted Salary Range: USD $50.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
