Grant Thornton in Metro DC – Arlington, VA seeks a Transaction Tax Director to lead tax planning, consulting, and compliance on M&A projects for multiple clients. You will mentor staff and coordinate with Transaction Services on tax aspects of deals.

The role requires CPA or JD, 8–12 years of federal tax experience, and strong US GAAP/tax accounting skills. Some travel may be required.
