About This Role The Nurse Manager is the designated leader responsible for the provision of high-quality nursing care in an inpatient rehab setting. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who are committed to improving patient care and fostering a collaborative team environment. Highlights Location: Red Bank, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You’ll Do Manage 24/7 accountability for the assigned unit(s). Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with emergency/disaster response policies. Monitor nursing standards of practice and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Develop and evaluate budgetary and financial priorities related to patient care. Promote cost-effective use of organizational resources and manage staffing plans. Demonstrate leadership by coaching and mentoring team members. Supervise and monitor educational programs and evidence-based practice. Support the Magnet Program by coordinating data collection and documentation. Incorporate organizational goals into standard work and participate in committee work. Professionally address complaints and follow up on service recovery efforts. Requirements Education BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required. Master’s degree in relevant field preferred. Experience 3+ years’ experience as a Registered Nurse required. 3+ years’ progressive leadership experience preferred. Rehab experience preferred. Licenses & Certifications NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License required. AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification required.
