Our organization is in search of a fellowship-trained Head & Neck Surgeon to become part of our thriving physician-owned Otolaryngology group in Missoula, Montana. This position arises as we prepare for the transition of care from a retiring partner, presenting an excellent chance to join an established practice with a robust referral network, immediate surgical opportunities, and a clear pathway to ownership.

We are a five-physician subspecialty Otolaryngology group known for our commitment to quality and efficiency. Our areas of expertise include:

• Head & Neck Oncology and Reconstruction

• Microvascular Surgery

• Transoral Robotic Surgery (TORS)

• Endocrine Surgery

• Neurotology, Rhinology, and Pediatrics

Our physicians benefit from the support of four skilled Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and comprehensive ancillary services, enhancing both efficiency and clinical focus.
