Metric Geo is partnering with a leading heavy civil contractor in Oklahoma to identify an experienced Wastewater Superintendent to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent with experience delivering wastewater treatment plants, water infrastructure, underground utilities, or municipal civil projects who wants to take ownership of major projects and work with an established contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on wastewater and water infrastructure projects
• Manage Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and field crews
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities
• Interpret plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate installation of concrete structures, piping, underground utilities, process equipment, and related infrastructure
• Monitor production, quality, safety, and project progress
• Coordinate inspections and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and inspectors
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or cost
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with company and project requirements
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation
• Assist with scheduling, sequencing, and short-term planning

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction
• Proven experience on wastewater treatment, water treatment, xhyhwjd or municipal infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of underground utilities, piping, concrete, structures, and civil construction
• Experience working with municipalities, engineers, and public-sector owners
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors in an active construction environment
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred
• Willingness to work in the Oklahoma City market
