About The Position The Land Surveyor role is a senior-level hybrid leadership position responsible for overseeing survey field operations while also managing projects from initiation through final deliverable. This role bridges field execution and office coordination, ensuring technical accuracy, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and team development. This position serves as both a senior field leader and project manager, responsible for directing complex boundary, topographic, construction, and specialty survey projects. The role requires advanced technical expertise, strong decision‑making skills, and the ability to lead crews in the field while also managing budgets, schedules, client communication, and internal coordination with CAD and project teams.
