We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient transportation operations by coordinating personnel movements and communicating effectively with drivers and clients. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze data to optimize routes and schedules. Also, you will be dispatching from both the Kissimmee and Orlando offices, commuting between them. ( Kissimmee 34744 and Orlando 32805)

Dispatching workers to various job locations
Creating/Updating work orders
Cutting and assigning tickets to employees
Sending/Answering emails to clients/sales reps
Assisting customers, sales reps, and workers with any inquiries
Answering multi-line phone calls
Data Entry
Attention to Detail
Paying tickets worked each day upon workers' return from sites
Assist as needed
Requirements :

Must be able to pass a Background Check
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Must be able to pass a Drug Screen
Must be okay with working split-shift hours Monday-Friday and on Saturdays.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Will be dispatching both from the Kissimmee and Orlando offices!
Shift :

Monday - Friday ( alternating weekends )
Split shift:
10:00 am- 7:00 pm
Overtime available
Pay Rate :

$15.00/hr.
